Personal Data

Within the framework of its activity, the CetAA company, whose head office is located in France at 2, route de la Noue 91190 Gif-sur-Yvette, is is collecting and to treating informations of which some are qualified as “personal data”. CetAA attaches a great importance to the respect of privacy, and only uses data in a responsible and confidential manner for a specific purpose.

On the website www.zerowattheure.fr, there are 2 types of data that can be collected:

• Data transmitted directly to us
  These data are those that you transmit to us directly, via a contact form or by direct contact by email. The fields “first and last name”, “company or organization” and “email” are mandatory in the contact form.
• Data collected automatically
  During your visits, once you have given your consent, we may collect “web analytics” type information relating to your browsing, the duration of your visit, your IP address, your browser type and version. The technology used is the cookie.

Data use 

The data you provide directly to us is used for the purpose of contacting you again and/or in connection with your request. Web analytics” data is collected anonymously (by recording anonymous IP addresses) by Google Analytics, and allows us to measure the audience of our website, the consultations and possible errors in order to constantly improve the user experience. This data is used by CetAA, the data controller, and will never be given to a third party or used for any other purpose than those detailed above.

Legal basis

Personal datas are collected only after mandatory consent of the user. This consent is validly collected (buttons and check boxes), free, clear and unequivocal.

Limitation date

Datas will be saved for a maximum of 12 months

All photos used on this website are the property of Cetaa. Reproduction is forbidden without the agreement of the authors. The portraits of the founders are the work of sylbohec.

Photos and videos are taken during our events. The image of the participants may be shared for our various communications (social media, blog, website …). A prior authorization is established when participating in these events to ensure transparency.

Your rights concerning personal data

You have the right to consult, request modification or deletion of all your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.

• Measuring instruments and other equipment installed by CetAA or by third parties

For each energy or water supply contract, several types of data are recorded in CetAA’s databases:

• Technical information about the supply contracts
• Technical information about the buildings
• Historical consumption measurements and associated physical quantities

No personal data is recorded or used in CetAA’s data processing for services marketed by CetAA: CetAA’s business does not rely on the management of personal data.

Data concerning CetAA’s contacts are recorded for the duration of the service contract between CetAA and its clients and are deleted at the end of this contract or at the client’s request:
